Feishu Transfer Master Privacy Policy

Overview

Feishu Transfer Master is a Chrome extension that helps users transfer, convert, and export content from supported document pages, including Feishu Docs, Lark Docs, Kingsoft Docs, and related table or document pages that the user is authorized to access.

Data Processed by the Extension

When the user actively uses extension features, the extension may process the following data only for the requested function:

• Document content, images, tables, attachments, and page resources from the currently supported document page, used to complete transfer, conversion, and export operations.
• Export settings, format preferences, and extension configuration, used to remember the user's choices and provide the extension's features.
• License-related data, including product code, license key entered by the user, device ID, license status, plan name, expiration time, and last check time, used only for license verification and authorization management.

License Verification

When the user enters a license key, or when the extension automatically checks a saved license key on startup, the extension sends the following information to the license server:

• Product code, used to identify this software product.
• The license key entered by the user, used to verify whether the license is valid.
• The current device ID, used to bind or verify the license for the current device.

The license server returns license status, plan name, expiration time, and a message. The extension uses this response only to decide whether the user is authorized to use the relevant features.

Local Storage

The extension may store the following information in Chrome local storage:

• Export settings, format preferences, and extension configuration.
• Remaining free trial count.
• After successful authorization: license key, device ID, plan name, expiration time, and last check time.

This local data is used to provide extension features and to automatically verify the saved license key on the next startup.

Data We Do Not Collect

The extension does not actively collect the following information:

• Name, phone number, contacts, health information, payment information, identity credentials, or precise location.
• Browser cookies.
• Complete browsing history.
• Personal information unrelated to the extension's core document transfer, conversion, export, and license verification features.

Data Sharing

The extension does not sell user data. It does not use user data for advertising, marketing, credit evaluation, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's core features.

Except for user-initiated document transfer/export operations and license verification required to provide the service, the extension does not share user data with third parties without the user's authorization.

Permission Usage

The browser permissions requested by the extension are used only to identify supported document pages, process page content when the user actively requests an operation, run export scripts, save export settings, and save user-initiated exported files to the local device.

The extension does not request the cookies permission, and it does not read or use browser cookies.
